What do I need to give you?
Your event details and your guest list: names, and an email address or cell number for each guest. We take it from there.
What will our invitation address look like?
Your event gets its own web address, like thandi-sipho.justinvites.co.za. Every guest then gets their own private link on it.
Do my guests need an account or an app?
No. Their link opens in the browser on any phone or computer. Visiting the link is the access.
What if someone forwards their link?
Each link is made for one guest. If one ends up somewhere it shouldn’t, tell us and we’ll replace it. The old link stops working straight away.
Can a guest change their answer?
Yes. They open the same link and update their reply. You always get the latest answer.
Can you invite couples and families with one link?
Yes. A household gets one link with the right number of seats, and they tell us who is coming.
How long does my invitation stay online?
Until after your event. We’ll agree the exact dates with you when you book.
